BREAKING:

BREAKING: Senator Jon Ossoff torches MAGA Vice President J.D. Vance ahead of his trip to Georgia, says that he’s being “sent to Georgia to do damage control” because “defunding hospitals and nursing homes” to fund tax cuts for the rich is not popular.

This is exactly how you expose these Republicans frauds…

“To be very frank I think that the vice president is coming on a damage control mission because defunding hospitals and nursing homes to cut taxes for the wealthiest people in the country is not popular here in Georgia,” Ossoff said. “Not where we’ve lost nine rural hospitals in a decade. Not after Atlanta Medical Center, Georgia Baptist closed just in the last couple years.”

“Not when we already have a maternal mortality crisis in the state of Georgia and a healthcare access crisis in the state of Georgia,” he continued. “Throwing a hundred thousand people off Medicaid.”

“So the vice president is here because Georgians understand that defunding hospitals and nursing homes to cut taxes for the wealthiest people is bad for Georgia,” he went on. “The vice president’s here to defend that policy. I don’t think he’ll succeed.”

Vance is headed to Georgia tomorrow to push propaganda about Donald Trump’s disastrous “big, beautiful bill.” By any metric, it’s one of the worst pieces of legislation in American history. It slashes $1 trillion from Medicaid over the coming decade to pay for tax cuts for the rich. Countless Americans will lose their healthcare, suffer, and die as a direct result of this bill. Hospitals will be forced to shutter.

Spinning the bill as anything other than a plutocratic cash grab by the top 1% is going to be an uphill battle for Vance, one that is sure to be complicated by this profoundly off-putting personality and cringeworthy rhetorical style.
